In the fall of 2006, Northfield Ambulance members along with the Norwich University EMS Society (NUEMS) hosted a staged motor vehicle accident at Norwich University.

Northfield Emergency Services, along with Norwich University, Berlin Fire Department, Barre Town Ambulance work together in a staged motor vehicle accident at Norwich University during "Alcohol Awareness Week," this was done in front of the entire student body and Northfield High School

Northfield Ambulance members work with Kay Shangraw from the "Prevent Child Abuse Vermont" and the "State of Vermont TBI" program
personnel, learning about (SBS) Shaken Baby Syndrome and it's effects on children, families, and EMS providers.

Students learning how to assess neurologic changes on an infants, and brains in a container help students understand the force's that can cause TBI's in infants and children.

24 February 2008, Vermont EMS District 6 host's the re-cert site in Northfield, approximately 60 students tested, 20 initials & 40 re-certs.

NORTHFIELD EMERGENCY SERVICES SAFETY DAY 15TH ANNIVERSARY

The Town of Northfield Emergency Services held it's 15^th annual “Safety and Appreciation Day” for the public.
This year's "Grand Marshals" were Barre City Fire Fighters Rustle Ashe and Matt Cetin. They were honored for their hard work
pushing law makers to pass bill S.0226, Requiring the installation of Photoelectric only type smoke detectors.
We feel that this was a milestone if protecting the public
